The 25-bed critical access hospital provides services to a population of 38,000 in Kewanee and surrounding communities. With the support of the community we have invested our resources to help eliminate transportation barriers to health care access for our community. The van addresses the needs in our rural community to serve our patients with reliable transportation.

OSF Saint Luke Medical Center’s Rural Transportation Program was created to meet our local residents and patient’s needs. From October 2021 to September 2022 we saw an increase of 154% in the weekly transportation service!
