Women's Health

OSF HealthCare offers some of the finest services to the women in our communities. As a health care Ministry committed to serving with the greatest care and love, we strive to meet the unique needs of our patients.  By choosing to support this special cause you are joining a community of champions committed to helping women in all stages of life.

Ways to Get Involved:

Women Empowered:

This exciting initiative empowers all women—those we know as mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, grandmothers…to build and improve women’s services and programming at OSF. Women Empowered: Innovate, Inspire, and Invest, engages women who are passionate about health to fund and champion women’s services at these medical centers.

The initiative, which began at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba, Michigan, has continued to grow, with Women Empowered (WE), groups now found at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington and OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.  The goal is to continue growing the program throughout our OSF Ministry.

About:

WE members innovate programming, inspire new gifts/services, and invest personal funds and passions to promote women’s health. Through innovation, inspiration, and the personal investment of their own time and money, WE members are building an initiative for women by women.

As a member, you will have the opportunity to attend free classes and seminars of particular interest to women, network with community members who support women’s health issues, and provide input on women’s services and desired programming.

How to Join:

We are always welcoming new members!

Individuals interested in supporting WE can join at several different membership levels, and organizations are able to show support in a number of ways.
