Partner With Us
The OSF King Care a Van will connect patients with the appropriate level of care to get them on the road to better health care management. Your support will help us provide a mobile health center staffed by Mission Partners of OSF HealthCare. Your gift will:
- Help connect residents of Ottawa/Streator with screenings, immunizations and health education.
- Assist with tasks such as signing up for health coverage and exploring advanced care planning.
- Connect patients to care when they might not be able to get to the doctor on their own.
- Help build relationships with employers, churches, schools and community agencies to break down obstacles.
Join our philanthropic initiative to connect patients to health care through the purchase of a mobile health unit.
No community in America is immune to hunger. Millions of working families, veterans, people with disabilities, seniors, and children in rural communities cannot always afford and access enough food for an active, healthy life. Our Ottawa Community Garden serves any Mission Partner, family or volunteer in need. In the near future, the Ottawa Garden will work with the OSF King Care a Van to distribute produce to various locations and A Servant’s Heart. A Servant’s Heart operates a community kitchen, serving nutritious lunches, free of charge, five days per week from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Your gift will help us address food insecurity by providing health foods and education to the communities we serve. Food insecurity is linked to a wide a range of negative health outcomes. You can help us eliminate hunger.
